The view across paddocks at the rear of our home is quickly changing, as earth works are about to take place and a new housing development makes way for the sweeping vista I currently enjoy. These paintings capture some of the many moods the changing light, heat, seasons, fog and bright light have on the objects. Often I will focus on one area and stylize the contents, pouring new light, colour and emphasis onto familiar landscape symbols. 900mm x 300mm Acrylic and graphite on sealed F.
